Al-Qassam Website -  A Palestinian citizen of the Gaza Strip has succumbed to wounds he suffered during the Israeli occupation's offensive in August 2022, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported.

The Ministry added that Palestinian civilian Nabil Shallah, 59, from the Al-Shuja'iyya neighbourhood east of Gaza city, had passed away of serious wounds he sustained when Israeli occupation warplanes fired destructive missiles at residential buildings and homes in the neighbourhood.

The Israeli occupation's offensive against the besieged Gaza Strip began with the assassination of Palestinian Islamic Jihad commander Tayseer al-Ja'bari, 50, by bombarding Burj Falasteen (Palestine Tower) in the centre of the Gaza City on August 5th, killing many civilians in the apartment building and injuring dozens.
